All You Chocolate LOVERS!

For the Holidays, Enjoy This Easy…
      …4 Ingredient Chocolate Recipe!!!

 

This is one of my favorite and easy recipes I LOVE to throw together before a gathering, or… well to just enjoy myself!

It is healthy, delicious and not TOO sweet!!

First..

You need these ingredients:

1. 1 Cup of Dates
2. 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
3. 1/2 cup Cacao Powder
4. 1/4 cup Water

Blend all together.  You may need to add a bit more water. You want the texture to be thick, but smooth and creamy.

It is as simple as that.  I love to add a sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt onto the dates.

My top 4 Favorite Magic tweaks to the recipes are adding:

1. Peppermint Essential oil- I use Young Living
(You can also ask me about the oils)
2. Lime Essential oil & shredded coconut
3. Chopped fruit – rasberries or cherries, dried mango is also delicious!
4. And last but not least… NUTS! Peanuts, almonds, cashews whatever your prefer to crush up and sprinkle in your chocolate!

Now, smear onto a plate or a dish.  Put in freezer for 1 hour and then cut into pieces.
