Each and every day you come to your mat, it is different.  Remember the space you create in your muscles from your asanas/poses will still be there next class.  You may not even recognize how amazing you feel until after practicing yoga a few times.  So if you are new and just beginning this journey… keep up! You will fall in love with it.
