Krista Bulych – Yoga/Workout Fusion & Yoga with HIIT Classes
Hi there! My name is Krista!
I have been practicing Yoga… like FOREVER! I did my first Yoga practice when I was 15 years old… basically I have kept a pretty constant practice my entire life. I have taught fitness classes for over 10 years as well. I like to combine both parts to create the ultimate experience.
I believe we are here to move. I believe everything in life works better with a little movement. I believe our bodies are here to help us not hurt us.
My goal for all the classes I teach is for you to experience yourself in a new way. To learn and grow each time you “flow” with me. I believe in a full class that will challenge you not only in flexibility but in strength. My classes are a combination of Yoga, Intervals, Conditioning, Cardio and Core and Meditation. Every class will be different.
HIIT classes will of course contain HIIT, anywhere between 8-12min.
I can not wait to flow/move/dance/grove with you!

Kaylee Diduck – POUND
Born and raised in Yorkton, Kaylee loves being active. From an early age Kaylee took part in sports, Ukrainian dancing, and helping her parents on their cattle farm. These are things she still loves and continues to do today as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Kaylee is excited to be teaching a fitness program called POUND®. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. “The Franklin Method® teaches dynamic alignment and how to move your body with maximum efficiency to keep your body youthful and energized. Your whole body is part of a symphony of coordinated movement. In a sense, your posture is reinvented at every instant. In every moment, the ideal combination of limbs, joints, gravity, moving parts, connective tissue, and muscle must be found and directed by your brain and nervous system.”

Alexis Schappert- Yin Yoga & Power Yoga
Alexis began yoga ten years ago as a means of improving health and mental clarity. Over time, and as the benefits increased, she became more passionate about the practice and it became a part of her daily routine. Living in rural Saskatchewan, there were not a lot of options for learning more about yoga, so she began her 200 hour certification program on maternity leave as a way to deepen her knowledge through the Aura Wellness Centre. Her training is rooted in Hatha Yoga and aims at restoring health and balance. Realizing the need for this holistic wellness practice in the area, she began teaching in Langenburg, and soon expanded to Churchbridge and Yorkton. Alexis recently began a kids yoga program and received her certificate as a Kids Yoga Instructor. She enjoys nutrition, reading and travelling with her family.
Tanya Helgason – Gentle Yoga & Restorative Yoga
Tanya lives in Foam Lake, Saskatchewan with her family!
A class slow gentle class designed for the beginner and experienced yogi. The breath leads us thru a slow meditative flow to stretch the body and ends off with a longer relaxation.
A class that feels like a nap! This class uses props to hold the body in select poses to be held for longer periods of time. This helps the body, mind and spirit come together to bring feeling of calmness and complete relaxation.
Melissa Krochak – Hatha Yoga/Slow Flow/Beginners
Melissa has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her training took place in Rishikesh, India in 2012! She studied Hatha yoga – 200 hours.
Melissa’s classes focus on what is going on internally throughout the body. Energetically, on all levels… you will learn how to find the pain in your body & move the breath into these areas.
Her classes are suited to all levels, however now with more variety of classes offered… she has adjusted some to be easy for those with physical limitations, beginners for those just getting started and wanted a slow, gentle practice. As well as classes aimed at strength, stamina & focus, at the same time building the heat in the body to be able to work towards more advanced/peak poses.
