Monday- December 18th- 5:30-6:30pm- Warm Gentle Flow (Beginners, all levels welcome)

7:30-9:00- Hot Power Flow- Intermediate +

Tuesday December 19th-5:30-6:30pm- Warm Slow Flow (All levels)

6:45-7:45pm- POUND with Kaylee

8:15-9:30pm – Warm Intermediate+ w/Guided Mediation

Wednesday December 20th- 5:30-6:30pm- Bootcamp with Alicia

7:00-8:00 pm- Warm Gentle Flow

Thursday December 21st- 5:30-6:30pm- Warm Slow Flow

7:30-8:30pm- Hot Power Flow

Friday December 22nd-9:30am-10:30am- Warm/Hot Intermediate- Advanced

Wednesday December 27th- 5:30-6:30pm- Warm Gentle Flow

7:30-9:00pm – Hot Power Flow

Thursday December 28th- 5:30-6:30pm- Warm Slow Flow

7:00-8:00pm- Warm Intermediate  РAdvanced

Friday December 29th- 10:30am-12:00pm – Warm Slow Flow- For all levels- with Guided New Years Meditation

7:45pm- 9:00pm – HOT Evening Deep Stretch – With MELISSA (Slow Flow Hatha Yoga)

 6:30am-7:30am  -WARM FUSION FLOW with KRISTA

9:30am-10:30am – WARM YIN YOGA with ALEXIS

12:15pm-12:45pm – POWER FLOW with ALEXIS (REG. Temp)

5:30pm-6:30pm – Gentle Kundalini/Hatha Flow (Beginners Warm Yoga- LESS HOT) with MELISSA

6:45pm-7:45pm – YOGA & Hiit with KRISTA (REG. Temp)

DROP IN RATES: This is great for you if you might attend 1¬† or 2 classes a week… or want to attend the same class each week. The cards will also carry over each month.

Unlimited Rates: This is better if you typically attend 2 or 3+ classes a week or cannot commit to the same time each week!
